New Delhi:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on the occasion of 70th Independence Day, said social evils will have to be dealt with "sternly" and with "sensitivity" as survival of the society is impossible if there is no social unity.
In his trademark half sleeves kurta and sporting a Rajasthani turban, the prime minister devoted major part of his speech to presenting a report card of his government.
