The BSE Sensex and the Nifty rose more than 2 percent on Monday tracking gains in other Asian markets, cheered by the prospect of extended stimulus in the United States and real economic reform in China.Among blue chip shares, ITC (ITC.NS) rose 3.7 percent while HDFC Bank (HDBK.NS) ended 4.14 percent higher.The Sensex rose 2.2 percent, while the Nifty ended higher 2.2 percent.
