CBI has initiated preliminary enquiry against Delhi’s deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia in case of alleged irregularities in ‘Talk to AK’ campaign.
Soon after Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal struck back at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accusing him of deliberately unleashing CBI against his leaders as Aam Aadmi Party is set to defeat BJP in Punjab and Goa.
Talk to AK campaign was launched a year ago, a social media initiative of AAP government to hold an interactive session between people of Delhi and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
During the talk sessions, CM had covered a range of issues linked to the strained relations between the Centre and the Delhi government. However, Congress and BJP accused AAP of using finances from state exchequer to publicise Kejriwal and AAP across the nation. The programme was conducted on July 17.
