Delhi Congress on Monday issued the list of nominated candidates ahead of Assembly Elections 2013. 56 names have been included in the list.
The Delhi State Assembly election will be held on December 4, 2013. Results will be announced on 8 December 2013. They will be one of the first five elections in which the Election Commission of India will implement a "None of the above" (NOTA) voting option, allowing the electorate to register a neutral vote but not to outright reject candidates.
In a first, the Election Commission of India would also appoint Central Awareness Observers, whose main task would be to oversee voter awareness and facilitation
