In a ghastly incident, dismembered body of 26-year-old Vipin Joshi, a native of Uttarakhand, was found stuffed inside a fridge in south Delhi's Saidulajab area, police said on Saturday.
The police stated that family members of Joshi, who was missing since two days, reached his friend Badal Mandal's house on Thursday night in search of him.
Though the house was locked, they were alarmed by a foul stench coming from the building, after which they informed the police about the same.
The police broke into the house where they found the victim's body parts inside the fridge.
A case has been registered and efforts are being made to trace Mandal, police added.
