The conflict within Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is not showing any sign of slowing down as Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain on Friday filed a criminal defamation case against sacked minister Kapil Mishra.
Jain has also filed a suit against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) MLA Manjinder S. Sirsa in the Tis Hazari Court.Earlier Kapil Mishra alleged that he had witnessed Kejriwal take Rs 2 crore from Health Minister Satyendra Jain.
To this allegation, Satyendar Jain said that the charges levelled against him by Kapil Mishra are baseless and stressed that he was not even present at the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s residence on May 5.
Satyendar said that he will file defamation case against Kapil Mishra for making charges against him and he is also ready for release of CCTV footage of Delhi CM’s residence on May 5.
