A 20-year-old Girl Was Allegedly Thrown Off By A 22-year-old Man From The Fourth Floor Of An Under Construction Building After She Resisted A Rape Attempt.
A 20-year-old girl was allegedly thrown off by a 22-year-old man from the fourth floor of an under construction building after she resisted a rape attempt. The incident took place in Delhi’s Begumpur area on Sunday.
The accused Deepak was later arrested by the Delhi police under attempt to murder charges. The victim was admitted to Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Hospital and currently battling with her life. The doctors stated that she is in coma.
On being asked about the accused, the girl’s father said that it was not only Deepak who attempted rape but there were many more people.
A senior police officer said “Deepak took the girl on his bike and told her that after getting his car from his house he would drop her at her house. Since the hotel and Deepak’s house are in the same area, the accused, who was drunk, took the girl to an under construction building where he attempted to rape her. As she resisted, the accused tossed her from the 4th floor of the building.”
