A Senior Official Of DTC Has Been Accused Of Trying To Molest A Woman Employee In Central Delhi’s IP Estate Area, Police Said Friday.

A senior official of DTC has been accused of trying to molest a woman employee in central Delhi’s IP Estate area, police said Friday.
In her police complaint registered Friday, the woman alleged that the senior DTC official tried to “molest her” and “touched her inappropriately” and when she protested, he threatened her and boasted of his high connections.
According to the woman, she had gone to meet the official for some work-related request when he tried to molest her, police said.
“A case under section 354 IPC (Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) has been registered and the investigation is underway,” a senior police officer said.
