A four-storey commercial building in the Karol Bagh area collapsed early on Wednesday morning. The building, on Padma Singh Road, collapsed around 8.30 am. A National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) team is present at the spot and clearing of debris is underway.
A man identified as Virendra, who lives in the adjacent building, said that he saw the building tilt around 8.15 am and alerted people. He also alerted the hawker who was inside the building and this saved his life.
