After the first phase of this campaign proved successful, the second phase has now begun. Its aim is to reduce vehicular pollution by creating awareness among the people. Vehicular pollution accounts for 30 percent of Delhi's pollution and this campaign has proved to be very successful in reducing it. The second phase of the campaign will run till December 3 in Delhi.

Due to Kejriwal government campaign In Delhi, when a person leaves from morning to evening, they cross about 10 to 12 intersections. If you stop for even 2 minutes at an intersection, you burn fuel unnecessarily for 20 to 25 minutes. Due to this, the pollution levels in Delhi increase further. Through this campaign, awareness is being raised amongst drivers drivers across Delhi. Motorists now stop their vehicles at the red light and this results in reduction of pollution as well as saving fuel.
10 significant steps taken to reduce Delhi's pollution
Research surveys done in Delhi show that 30 percent pollution comes from inside Delhi. Apart from this, 70 percent pollution is coming from outside. Thus, the Kejriwal government has taken 10 significant steps to reduce the pollution by 30 percent of Delhi's part. Work from home initiative has been taken to reduce vehicular pollution. Apart from this, trucks coming from outside have been banned from entering Delhi.
