One security personnel killed in encounter in Jammu and Kashmir
The Encounter Took Place At Tral During A Counter-insurgency Operation Launched By The Security Forces Following Information About The Presence Of Militants In The Area, A Police Spokesman Said.

A policeman was killed and two other security personnel were injured in an encounter with militants in Pulwama district of south Kashmir on Monday.
The encounter took place at Tral during a counter-insurgency operation launched by the security forces following information about the presence of militants in the area, a police spokesman said.
A policeman has been killed while another cop and a CRPF jawan sustained injuries in the exchange of fire with the militants, the spokesman said.
He said intermittent exchange of fire between the two sides was going on till last reports came in.
