Kolkata: 4 injured as Kavi Subhas Metro Railway station escalator malfunctions
A Senior Metro Railway Official Said That The Incident Happened At Around 10.30 Am When The Hand Rail Of The Escalator, Moving Upwards, Started Moving On The Opposited Irection.

A tragic incident occurred around 10:30 A.M. at Kavi Subhas Metro Railway station in Kolkata when an Escalator the hand rail of the escalator, moving upwards, started moving on the opposited irection, injuring four.
A senior Metro Railway official said "It's a technical glitch which we are looking into.Four persons fell down from the escalator and received minor injuries," he said. They were given preliminary treatment and released, the official said.
