Operations All Out: Cops arrest 'offenders' for dowry deaths in Amethi
In a heavy crackdown on anti-social elements under the Operation All Out, the Amethi Police has arrested 50 people accused of various offences, including murder and dowry deaths, an official said on Tuesday. The anti-crime drive, "Operation All Out" was launched by the state government. At least 50 offenders who were evading arrest were caught, said Additional Superintendent of Police B C Dubey.

The 14 police stations, including a woman police station, in Amethi has no arrest warrant pending against anybody, police said.
Dubey said the SHOs of two police stations, Kamrauli and Jamo, who failed to catch the accused with arrest warrants pending in their jurisdictions have been served show-cause notices for failing to discharge their duties.
