Jammu and Kashmir: Abducted civilian killed by militants in Pulwama
Militants gunned down a civilian after abducting him from his house in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, a police official in Srinagar said.
"Terrorists in Murran area of Pulwama last night barged inside the house of Gulzar Ahmad Bhat and abducted him," the police official said.

Bhat's bullet-riddled body was recovered from a nearby field, the police said, adding a case has been registered and investigation initiated.

"Police have registered a case and initiated investigation, which suggest involvement of local militants Zahoor Thokar and Showkat Dar of the Hizbul Mujahideen outfit," he added.
