The Gujarat Secondary And Higher Secondary Education Board, GSHSEB Has Rescheduled The Exam Date Of GUJCET 2019 Yet Again.
The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, GSHSEB has rescheduled the exam date of GUJCET 2019 yet again. This decision has been taken to avoid the clash with the General Elections 2019 which is to be held on April 23 in the state. The GUJCET 2019 exam, which was earlier scheduled for April 23, will now be held on April 26, 2019.This is not the first time the GUJCET exam has been rescheduled. Earlier also the exam dates were set on March 28 and on April 4, 2019, was changed twice after the exam date coincided with CBSE Board Exam 2019 dates. Yet again, due to the Lok Sabha elections, the exam date has been changed from April 23 to April 26. Candidates can visit the official website of the board i.e. gseb.org for more information.GUJCET Eligibility Criteria: Candidates aspiring to appear for the GUJCET exam need to meet the below-mentioned eligibility criteria to be eligible to apply:
Candidates must have qualified their class 12th examination with a minimum of 45% marks. For the candidates belonging to the reserved categories, the minimum qualification marks are 40%. Candidates appearing for their class 12th examinations are also eligible to apply.About GUJCET 2019: GUJCET 2019 is the state level entrance examination to provide admissions into the participating engineering institutes. The exam will be held in three languages - Gujarati, Hindi and English.
