Akshay Kumar not WORRIED about PadMan-Padmaavat clash

After a long wait, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus has finally got a release date which has given rise to the first clash of the year as Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Padman’ to also release on the same day.

Akshay Kumar, whose recent movies like ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’, ‘Jolly LLB 2’ have performed extremely well at the box-office, which is why may be the reason that the actor is not worried about the clash at all.

The 50-year old actor said, “It is not about competition, it is a very big day, a big week, so all the films can come. Both the films can release on that day’’

He further added, “Every film has the right to release whenever they (makers) want, and I am happy for them’’.

Well said Akshay! But it is also a fact that the fans of Padmaavat have been waiting for the release of the film for a long time now. And, the clash won’t be an easy one for Akshay and it will be interesting to find out who wins the race.

Sanjay’s directorial venture features Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor in lead roles while ‘Pad Man’ stars Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in significant roles.
