Winter Delayed! Norwegian police arrest ‘Night King’ for property damage, animal cruelty
The Police Force In Trondheim, Norway Claims To Have ‘arrested’ The Horned, Blue-eyed Leader Of The White Walkers In A Facebook Post.
Westeros is in safe hands, the Night King is behind bars. The police force in Trondheim, Norway in one of the most entertaining moves claims to have ‘arrested’ the horned, blue-eyed leader of the White Walkers for various criminal activities that include property damage and animal cruelty.
The Trondheim took to Facebook to post the apprehension of this deadly criminal leaving nods of appreciation in knowing that Westeros can breathe a sigh of relief. But before you dive in too deep as to who the person behind the mask is, the arrest is just a hilarious take on the Police’s part to interact with the masses. And the arrest? It is just a mock arrest and the man behind the cuffs is reportedly a police officer who had borrowed a mask and an orange jumpsuit to play the role of the HBO’s most deadly villain.
Markus Ree, superintendent of Trondheim Police’s fifth division, told Newsweek, “Funny posts like this one help engage social media users. That’s useful when we later ask for help solving crimes or searching for missing persons.”
