Woman burns down man’s house who ‘booty called’ her but fell asleep while waiting
A Woman In New Jersey Allegedly Burned Down A Man’s House With Whom She Had Planned An Early Morning Rendezvous But Felt Asleep Before She Arrived.
Some serious anger management issues going on here! A woman in New Jersey allegedly burned down a man’s house with whom she had planned an early morning rendezvous but felt asleep before she arrived. According to reports, the New Jersey man was supposed to meet the woman, Taija Russell, 29, for sex at 4 a.m. on Aug. 4, but then fell asleep before she arrived. Insisting on literally having the hot date they have planned, the woman went to a Woodbury, N.J., gas station, bought lighter fluid and a lighter, and started the home afire with the man inside.
According to police, the woman upon arriving the man’s home called him man eight times, but he didn’t pick up. Furious over the fact that he felt asleep, the woman is said to have allegedly texted the man writing “I see you wanna die" and “You wasted my money to come out here” before the blaze was extinguished.
The man awakened to gulf of flames at around 4:30 a.m following which he ran to a nearby police station and with “burns and smoke inhalation’’ after escaping from the window. Police reports that the home and its contents were completely destroyed, though firefighters saved the man’s dog.
The woman was reportedly arrested Tuesday on charges including arson and attempted murder. She was held without bail.
