BARC TRP ratings week 48 Kundali Bhagya Bigg Boss 11 Tu Aashiqui top ten shows
TRP ratings for the week 48 are finally out. This week has been nothing short of a roller coaster ride for television shows as there are been quite a few changes in the rankings. Talking about channels, it is Colors which is the leading the list with a huge margin. Zee Tv and Star Plus have retained their respective number two and second positions respectively just like last week. Star Bharat and Sony SAB have secured the fourth and fifth positions respectively. Sony Entertainment Television has taken a hit after popular reality show Kaun Banega Crorepati 9 ended last month. Moving forward to the shows, two new daily soaps have made a splashing entry in the list of top ten shows. Without much ado, let’s have a look at the top-rated shows of week 48.
Popular daily soap Yeh Rishta Kya Keh Lata Hai has seen a fall in its numbers and has taken the tenth spot in week 48. The show stars Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan in respective roles of Naira and Karthik.
Super Dancer Chapter 2 which was placed at number eight in week 47 has slipped to ninth position in the current week. The popular reality show airs on Sony Entertainment Television and is judged by Shilpa Shetty, Anurag Basu and Geeta Kapoor.
Bigg Boss 11 has managed to engage the television viewers with its dramatic episodes as of late. The Salman Khan hosted show has secured the eight position in the list of top shows.
Yeh Hain Mohabbatein which had bagged the number four spot in last week has been pushed to the seventh spot in week 48. The popular daily drama is all set to introduce a new twist where the lead protagonist Ishita Bhalla may die, if recent reports are to be believed.
Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki has climbed up a spot to secure the number six position in week 46. The popular daily soaps stars Rubina Dilaik and Vivian Dsena in lead roles.
Tu Aashiqui which was not even part of top ten shows last week has seen a huge rise in numbers. The new daily soap which was launched in September at the 7pm slot has been doing wonders for the channel. The show has secured the fifth spot in week 48 and considering the drama element introduced by the makers, we expect the show to do far better in upcoming weeks.
Udaan has been churning out some very dramatic episodes and this is keeping the viewers hooked on to their television sets. The show based on the issue of bonded labour has seen a rise in both numbers and rankings. The Meera Deosthale and Vijayendra Kumeria starrer show has bagged the fourth spot in week 48.
Old is indeed gold as Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma continues to retain its number three position just like last two weeks. The popular sitcom which stars Dilip Joshi and Disha Vakani in lead roles has completed more than 2300 episodes.
Kumkum Bhagya has once again managed to retain the number two spot in week 48. The Ekta Kapoor show stars Sriti Jha and Shabbir Ahluwalia in the respective roles of Pragya and Abhi.
Earlier it was Kaun Banega Crorepati which was topping the charts every week and now it is Kundali Bhagya. The popular daily soap has emerged as one of the most successful shows of the year. The show stars handsome Dheeraj Dhoopar and beautiful Shraddha Arya in lead roles.
