Gulzar Saab is one of the most revered lyricist and poet who has won fancies and hearts across the globe, where age is no bar. The eminent poet, writer, lyricist, and film director was born in Pakistan’s Jhelum. The family soon moved to India after the partition. Gulzar Saab has penned lyrics and nazms that convey the pain, yearnings of a heart and grief, that are unmatchable. He made his debut in Bollywood with the film Bandini in 1963 as a lyricist.
