One of the most loved and adored couples on the screen, Karan Patel and Ankita Bhargava are celebrating their third wedding anniversary. The celebrity couple tied the knot in a traditional wedding ceremony on May 3, 2015. The two popular actors are known to give serious relationships goals and have restored our faith in arrange marriages.
Karan Patel is slaying it as Raman Bhalla in Ekta Kapoor’s romantic drama Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. Ankita Bhargava, who is currently on a sabbatical, has been part of shows like Reporters and Ekk Nayi Pehchaan.
Interestingly, Karan plays the role of Abhay Bhargava’s (Ankita Bhargava’s father) on-screen son-in-law in the Star Plus show, Ye Hai Mohabbatein. This is what we call as reel turning into real.
Aly Goni aka Romi Bhalla of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein played the cupid between Ankita and Karan. Karan Patel, in an interview, stated that it was his brother, friend and confidante Aly Goni who brought the two families together.
Ankita Bhargava, in one of her interviews, called Karan a beautiful person and said that her dad mentioned about his acting and work many times at home, but she never thought they would come together. Aww this is so cute, isn’t it?
The adorable couple announced their relationship when they had their roka ceremony on March 14, 2015. Karan and Ankita got hitched in an opulent destination wedding in May 2015.
Ankita and Karan are all set to welcome a little bundle of joy to their family, if recent reports are to be believed. The Kasturi actor, who is known for his acting prowess, already plays the character of a doting father in YHM.
