Delhi Odd-Even Scheme: Who Will Be Exempted From Rules- All You Need To Know
The odd-even scheme will be implemented from 4th November to 15th November this year. The scheme will also include vehicles coming from other states and will be implemented on non-transport 4-wheeled vehicles. The scheme will be applicable from 8 am to 8 pm, except on Sundays. Violating the odd-even scheme will incur a fine of Rs 4000.

President of India, Vice President of India, Prime Minister of India, Governors of Indian states or UTs, Chief Justice of India, Speaker of Lok Sabha, union Ministers, Leaders of Opposition in Rajya Sabha & Lok Sabha, Chief Ministers of states and UTs (other than Delhi) will be exempt from the Odd-Even restrictions.
