The ongoing Paris Fashion Week, 2019 saw a gush of styles from talented fashion designers all over the globe. From the metallic, shimmering diamond drop printed sweater-cum-dress with knee high boots. From Isabel Marant to Elie Saab’s gorgeous floral, flowing gowns and long tulle dress with colourful, flower embellishments that flared out in a see-through, sparkly black skirt, the skies of options are limitless.
Metallic tuck-ins with gorgeous, studded belts and neat strappy heels for a stylish girl’s day out? Yes Please!
Or how about a metallic A-line mini dress with an oversized daddy’s blazer with a velvety, knee high boots for a fancy dinner? Yes please!
Ellie Saab’s Macrotopia was all about the florals this time. Flowery, perfectly printed rompers with inspiration derived from some of nature’s smallest yet most structural details complimented by the exact print knee-high boots, Elie Saab’s collection knows floral is Spring!
Her collection of Macrotopia also had cutesy looking floral bags popped up in vibrant coloured and studded leather. The coming spring sure has a competition this time with Elie Saab.
Mugler Spring/Summer collection was a little off-beat with a costumery appeal to it. Transparent jersey flou dress with mesh cycling shorts and bright-coloured boots might not seem wearable until you see this.
Mugler’s collection also had jackets in black sassy tailored wool paired with cotton and mesh cycling shorts with corset details in the ensemble. The whole look was completed with a cowboy angle boots and they look so Spring-ready!
