Pride Month Stars who are out and proud to be in LGBTQ community as gay, lesbian, bisexual, non-binary in 2019

To commemorate the Stonewall riots of June 1969, the month of June was chosen for LGBT community to recognize a day of ‘liberation’ as many took to the streets, host events in pride. Talking about having equality to gender-orientation, 2019, so far has been a proud month. We saw Taiwan make history as it became the first Asian country to legalise same-sex marriage coming very much ahead since 2001 where the Netherlands became the very first country to ever legalize gay marriage. As the Pride Month which has indeed, been a proud month ends, let us look at some of the stars who have come out, ‘out-and-proud’.

Eugene Lee Yang: The social media star of ‘The Try Guys’ came out with a powerful contemporary dance video called, ‘Im Gay’

Lilly Singh: The YouTube star came out Twitter ticking off boxes on a list reading "female, coloured, bisexual."

Sam Smith: The Oscar-winning, "Dancing With a Stranger" singer came out as genderqueer and non-binary during an interview in March.

Ariana Grande: While the pop star did not officially come out as the other stars, her lines, "I like women and men’’ from Monopoly suggests otherwise.
