In pics: Heavy fog engulfs Delhi-NCR, several flights and trains affected
After a foggy morning on Sunday, a heavy blanket of fog engulfed Delhi-NCR on Monday morning as well with almost zero visibility reported from several areas. The maximum and minimum temperature are likely to hover around 21 and 9 degree Celsius respectively. (Image: ANI)

In terms of air quality, Delhi had a “poor†day as the AQI reached 289, an improvement from Saturday’s 332 at “very poor†levels.
“Moderate foggy conditions are not allowing air quality to improve. However, such conditions cannot get prolonged for long and AQI will start to improve after three days. There is a partial probability of occurrence of active western disturbances,’’ a SAFAR report said on Sunday. (Image: ANI)
