Uddhav Thackeray, who is the Chief of the Shiv Sena, a right-wing, Marathi regional political party based in Maharashtra, was born 27 July 1960.
Prithviraj Chavan: Born on 17 March 1946 in Indore, Prithviraj Chavan was the 22nd Chief Minister of Maharashtra.
Ajit Pawar: Ajit Anantrao Pawar, declined to follow in his father’s (Anantrao Pawar) footsteps, instead chose to succeed his Uncle Sharad Pawar’s destiny.
Manikrao Thakre: Born on August 22, 1954, Manikrao Thakre, a Congress leader is a vocal critic of the Bharatiya Janata Party-Shiv Sena alliance government. He has been an active member in the Indian National Congress from 1985 till present.
Sunil Tatkare: Water resources minister of Maharashtra, Sunil Tatkare, is a leader of Nationalist Congress Party and was elected to Maharashtra Legislative Assembly from Shrivardhan (Vidhan Sabha constituency).
Raj Shrikant Thackeray is the founder and president of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena. He is the nephew of Bal Thackeray, and a cousin of Uddhav Thackeray, the current leader and chairperson of the Shiv Sena.
