One of the most stylish and flamboyant female badminton player Jwala Gutta celebrates her thirty-third birthday on Wednesday. She shared the birth day celebration pics mid night on instagram and twitter. Besides her game, Jwala is also admired for her beauty and dynamic personality. On the occasion of her birthday lets know more about the ace badminton star. She represented Indian badminton doubles player at the 2012 London Olympic Games. She's received credit for helping grow the sport in her country and became part of the first Indian doubles team to ever be ranked in the top ten.

She started playing badminton when she was six years old and won several junior championships before going pro. Jwala Gutta likes playing aggressive badminton and has a great affinity for netplay, with a great level of skill at the net like good anticipation and deceptive shots.
She is considered very dangerous at the net with good reading of the game and great interceptions and is substantially sharp with her strokes at the net.
Jwala Gutta was borin in Wardha in Maharashtra but she spend most of her time in Hyderabad. Jwala Gutta’s father is a Hindu whereas her mother is from China.
In 2011, Gutta was awarded the Arjuna award by the Indian Government, India's second highest sporting honour for her achievements as a badminton player. Jwala Gutta teams up with Ashwini Ponappa in badminton doubles.
