2 arrested for throwing potatoes outside UP Assembly

The police have arrested two persons for throwing potatoes outside Uttar Pradesh state Assembly. Lucknow's Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Deepak Kumar has said, investigation shows that the potatoes were not thrown by farmers, but by people with political motives on Saturday.
