Flood has created a ruckus in Bihar. All the rivers of North Bihar are in spate. 15 districts of Bihar are currently flooded. Farming is ruined and people have migrated from many villages and are living on the highway. People are struggling to survive. Floods are wreaking havoc in East Champaran and Sitamarhi in Bihar. In Assam, there is no respite from flood fury. Nearly 33 lakh people are affected in the second wave of floods in 28 districts. In Bihar, the flood situation remains serious as rivers flow over the danger mark. #Flood #FloodHavocInBIhar
