Anyone joining BJP becomes immune, CBI targets opposition: Congress

Speaking to News Nation, Congress leader RPN Singh said that the current government has been misusing the central agencies like CBI, ED. If any leader from the opposition defects to the BJP, he becomes clean. Any leader who asks a question from the government, he is targetted by the govt through the central agencies.
