Army Chief General Bipin Rawat receives Param Vishisht Sewa Medal

President Ramnath Kovind bestowed Army Chief Gen Bipin Rawat with the Param Vishisht Sewa Medal (PVSM) for his contributions to improve the nation’s military services. The honorary military award has been conferred on the Army chief for his relentless role in tackling counter-terror operations against Pakistan including surgical strikes. He has also played a steady role in maintaining tranquillity with China.
