Army Major killed in explosion along LoC in Rajouri district

An Indian Army Major officer lost his life and many left injured while defusing an Improvised Explosive Device (IED), which had been planted by terrorists, in Nowshera sector in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district on Saturday. The officer was from the Corps of Engineers. The IED was planted 1.5 km inside the Line of Control in the Nowshera sector.
