Assembly Elections 2017: 24.14% voter turnout till 11 am in UP, 22% polling recorded in U'Khand till 10 AM

Voting began at 69 out of 70 constituencies of Uttarakhand Assembly and 67 seats of Phase 2 of UP Polls on Wednesday. Uttarakhand is witnessing a direct face-off between Congress and BJP. Both the parties will fight tooth and nails to earn the slight edge in the assembly to form the government.
