In Bihar, the death count due to brain fever 'Chamki' has reached 132 and in Muzaffarpur only, more than 100 children lost their lives. Doctors are finding it hard to save the lives of ailing children. When confronted by the media, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar chose to ignore the reporters and remained silent.
