Bihar Deputy CM Sushil Modi files defamation case against Rahul Gandhi

Bihar deputy CM Sushil Modi has filed defamation case against Congress president Rahul Gandhi in a civil court in Patna. Talking to media the BJP leader said,"My lawyer has filed defamation case against Rahul Gandhi under section 500 of the Indian Penal Code." Sushil Modi went on to add that Rahul Gandhi referred all having Modi title as 'chor'.
