Bihar murder case: Miscreants shot public officer in Patna

A public officer, Rajiv Kumar was shot dead at his residence in Patna at wee hours. According to neighbors, unknown miscreants barged into Kumar's house and shot him. Kumar succumbed to his injury at the hospital.
