BJP leader Pankaj Gupta shot dead by miscreants at Ranchi's Piska Railway station

A Bharatiya Janata Party leader from Jharkhand’s Lohardaga on Sunday was gunned down by unidentified miscreants at a railway station in Ranchi. The victim Pankaj Gupta was shot dead at Piska Railway station soon after he stepped out of a train. The incident reportedly took place at around 8:30 am near Ramlal sweets at the station. However, the attackers managed to excape the spot after shooting the leader in broad light. According to police, the investigation process is underway and arrests are expected to be made soon.
