Blind people awarded scholarships and mobiles on Louis Braille's birth anniversary

A program was organised for blind people on the birth anniversary of Louis Braille in New Delhi. 79 blind people were given scholarships in the program whereas 270 of them were provided mobile phones. Cabinet minister Thawar Chand Gehlot too attended the program.
