California fires: Death toll jumps to 31, search for the missing continues

At least 29 people have lost their lives in Northern California's Camp fire and two in Southern California's Woolsey fire, the deadliest wildfire in California history. Thousands of people were left homeless as the deadly inferno torched their homes. Fire fighters and authorities continued to search for missing persons.
