CBI court in Mumbai acquits all 22 accused in Sohrabuddin encounter

A special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court in Mumbai acquitted all the all 22 accused in the alleged fake encounter killings of Sohrabuddin Sheikh, his wife Kausar Bi and aide Tulsiram Prajapati for lack of evidence. Pronouncing the final verdict in the case, the CBI court said that all the witnesses and proofs were not satisfactory to prove conspiracy and the circumstantial evidence were not substantial.
