CBI raids Sanjay Bhandari's residence in Pilatus aircraft deal

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) conducted raids at Sanjay Bhandari’s (controversial arms dealer) residence and officer in connection with the alleged corruption in the procurement of 75 Pilatus basic trainer aircraft in 2009. The raids were carried out a day after the agency registered a case against unknown officials of Indian Air Force, Ministry of Defence and Bhandari for the alleged corruption in the Pilatus aircraft deal.
