CBSE exam paper leaks: 'Even I could not sleep, I am also a parent,' says Prakash Javadekar

Union minister Prakash Javadekar on Thursday called the CBSE exam paper leaks "unfortunate" and promised speedy arrests in the matter. "This is a very unfortunate development.
