Chief Minister Vs Lieutenant Governor: Here are the SC’s verdicts

The two-judge Supreme Court bench comprising Justices AK Sikri and Ashok Bhushan gave a verdict on a batch of petitions challenging a Delhi High Court order which said that the Lieutenant Governor is the administrator of the national capital. The 2-judge bench of the Supreme Court has referred the power tussle case to a larger court. On the issue of services alone, the judges on the bench differ. Justice Ashok Bhushan says all the officers fall under the domain of the Central government. Here are the major points of judgement.
