China opts for 'Cheque-book' policy to gain strategic advantage in Asia

China has invested several millions in different south-east Asian countries like Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Nepal with the view to control the dynamics of Asia. China has been lending money to the developing countries at high rate of interest in its cheque book policy. China has provided many countries aircrafts, medical facilities and training.
