Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday announced free Wi-Fi for the national capital. Of the 11,000 WiFi hotspots, 4,000 will be at bus-stops, while the remaining 7,000 across various markets of Delhi. Watch the full reports.
