A cold wave continues in Jammu and Kashmir, with the coldest temperature recorded at minus 8.8 degrees Celsius in Kargil. In Srinagar city, the minimum temperature was minus 0.4 while it was minus 3.1 in Pahalgam and minus 3.4 in Gulmarg.
