Cold wave envelops North India; heavy snowfall in Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh

Cold wave conditions refused to abate in North-India as mercury levels continued to dip. The hilly areas of Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh witnessed heavy rainfall. Indeed, January is proving to be the most coldest months of all time.
