Congress warns Centre against presenting full budget on February 1

The main Opposition Congress has warned the BJP government of protests inside and outside Parliament if it presented the full budget instead of a vote on account. The Congress said that the Modi government has already presented five full budget, therefore, it should not violate the Parliamentary conventions and norms just to woo voters.
