Coronavirus:Delhi's Daily Coronavirus Cases Cross 8,000 For First Time

The daily coronavirus spike in Delhi reached a new high over the last 24 hours on Wednesday, with the city crossing the 8,000-mark and logging 8,593 cases. On Tuesday, health ministry data showed the figure was 7,830 -- the highest at the time. The number of deaths over the last 24 hours was 85 -- the second-highest recorded in the city.
