Cow vigilantism: SC issues notice to Centre, Rajasthan govt

The Supreme Court on Friday issued a notice to Centre and six states while asking them to file a reply within three weeks over a petition of cow vigilantism. The states are Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Jharkhand and Karnataka.
